Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Locations  

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At present, we do not support or process international deliveries.  

Processing Time  

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from the time the order is confirmed.   
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with complete order details.  

Delivery Timeline  

Standard delivery generally requires 3–8 working days, ensuring your fashion selections reach you within a reasonable and expected timeframe.  

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will automatically be sent back to our warehouse. Customers may request re-delivery after this return.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic proof of the damage.   
If a parcel is confirmed lost while in transit, we will initiate a refund or arrange a replacement after verification with the delivery partner.
