Cancellation Policy

At Moderndrips, managed by Bulletproof Tech Solutions Private Limited, our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bulletproof Tech Solutions Private Limited, and “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to customers who shop with us. We understand that preferences can change, and you may sometimes need to cancel an order. The guidelines below explain our cancellation process in detail:  

Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase or before it is dispatched, whichever occurs first.  

To request a cancellation, kindly reach out to our customer care team through email.  

If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment source, which will reflect within 5–7 working days.  

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Once the product arrives, you may apply for a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

At present, we are unable to change products or update shipping information after an order is placed. To make changes, you will need to cancel the existing order (if it qualifies) and place a fresh one.
