Returns and Refund Policy

By placing an order on our platform, you consent to the return and refund regulations detailed below. If an item needs to be sent back, the procedures are clearly outlined for your convenience and transparency.  

Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return, items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels, tags, and packaging untouched.   
Please ensure that the complete set of tags, labels, and boxes is returned exactly as received.   
Products that appear worn, washed, altered, or tampered with in any form will not be considered eligible.   
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the process, you must contact our customer support team within this window.   
Items that do not comply with these return requirements will not be accepted under any circumstances.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request   
Email us your return request with your Order ID and reason for return at bulletprooftechsolutionsprivat@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Visual Evidence   
If the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos showing the issue to accelerate review.  

Step 3: Follow the Provided Instructions   
After your request is approved, you will receive step-by-step guidance to complete the return.  

We reserve the right to reject any return that fails to meet the return guidelines listed above.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

Once we have received the returned item, our quality check team will examine it to confirm compliance with our return conditions. You will be informed regarding approval or rejection of the refund after evaluation. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within  5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If the returned product only partially complies with the eligibility criteria (for instance, slight damage or incomplete packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion instead of a full reimbursement.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If the parcel delivered to you contains a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear supporting photographs or videos via email to help us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
